Your responsibilities as a collections trainee:

• Build strong relationships with key customers
• Make outbound/inbound calls
• Locate missing customers using your newly acquired investigation skills
• Utilise respectful communication to build rapport with customers and negotiate payment

About you:

• Clear and Confident communicator
• Experience dealing with customers face to face or in a contact centre environment 
• Experience in working towards KPI’s and achieving targets
• Committed and proactive approach

Hours are:

Monday 12:00pm – 8:30pm

Tuesday to Friday 9:00am to 5.30pm
