You do not require any previous accounts receivables experience – Our team will support and train you in your career.

Your responsibilities as a collections trainee:
- Build strong relationships with key customers
- Make outbound/inbound calls
- Locate missing customers using your newly acquired investigation skills
- Utilise respectful communication to build rapport with customers and negotiate payment

About you:
- Clear and Confident communicator
- Experience dealing with customers face to face or in a contact centre environment
- Experience in working towards KPI’s and achieving targets
- Committed and proactive approach
Hours are:
Monday 12:00pm – 8:30pm
Tuesday to Friday 9:00am to 5.30pm
